On July 14, as a token of apprieciation, the Club sponsored the annual picnic for the senior citizens of the town at Totoket Valley Park on Route 22. Club members cooked up and served hamburgers and hotdogs. Potato salad, cole slaw, and non-alcoholic beverages were also served. Dessert consisted of fresh watermelon and cake. A band that played oldies provided the entertainment.
